If you are not happy with what you have received, Imonn gives you an opportunity to return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a faulty item, you will be provided with a replacement, absolutely free of cost. An exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. 

In case of cancellation, you can opt for only credit points. Kindly note that refund of cash is not acceptable. Only credit points or exchange for partial orders will be pertinent. 

At the time of returns or exchange, please make sure the product is in its original package along with all the accessories, tags intact and invoice. In case the product seems to be tampered or used it will not be accepted.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You get 7 calendar days to return any items you’re not quite sure about. This 7 day returns period starts from the day you receive your order. If you are based outside India you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. This returns period starts from the date you receive your order.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We do take care of all necessary pick-up arrangements from your delivery location. 

In case, we are not able to provide for a pick-up service in your city, we request you to ship the return or exchange package to us through a courier of your choice. In such cases, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipment in form of credit points to your Imonn account. You will also be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at [email protected]

 

 

WHERE DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 30 days after delivery, any product missing serial numbers. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not entertain return or exchange of any swimwear, socks or lingerie.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once the return or exchange request is placed with our customer care, it takes up to 72 hours to have the product picked up from your location. The product once received at our warehouse undergoes a quality check which takes up to 48 hours. As soon as the product gets thru the quality check, the credit points will be processed.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the credit points to show in your Imonn account after the refund has been processed.

 

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Yes, you can. You can chose from our wide range of products for an exchange. Exchanged product will be dispatched as soon as the returned product passes thru the quality check. Normal delivery schedule applies for the delivery of exchanged products. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via SMS or Email.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
